Penny (Nicole Doshi) is poor and distant from her family. She is so shocked to learn one day that her chauvinistic grandfather bequeathed her his whole inheritance in his will. She can’t conceive what would have caused the change of heart prior to his death because it was no secret that he detested Penny, particularly her audacity in the face of men.  However, it becomes evident that this was more of a final reckoning than a change of heart when she speaks with Jack (Tommy Pistol), the attorney in charge of his inheritance. Penny discovers with horror that her grandfather left her a perverse need to fulfill in order to receive her inheritance: Penny must comply with a man’s sexual wishes and do anything he asks of her, no matter how degrading. When Jack demands that she have sex with HIM right then and there, Penny is even more repulsed. Jack even goes so far as to expand the conditions when Penny protests, stating that she must now have anal intercourse with him in addition to other obligations. Although Penny is still in disbelief, she agrees to the stipulations because she wants a better life. While his paralegal (Kasey Warner) observes from the sidelines and casually converses with Jack, she engages in anal intercourse with the lawyer in his office.
