A family of four arrive back at their vacation rental, having spent the day at an amusement park. The stepparents, Laura (Melissa Stratton) and Eric (Seth Gamble), leave to get dinner ready, leaving Jordan (Selena Love) and Oliver (Max Fills), their stepdaughter and stepson (who are also stepsiblings to each other), alone.

Jordan and Oliver are grateful for the amazing vacation but also suspicious, wondering if their stepparents may be buttering them up for something. Sure enough, after the family finishes eating dinner, the stepparents continue seemingly buttering Jordan and Oliver up, which leads to Jordan and Oliver asking them what’s going on.
